Need the lawn serviced before an open house? That's one request. We'll coordinate your existing lawn provider or arrange service through our vendor network, handle the scheduling and follow-up, and confirm completion. Any lawn service charge is billed separately.

From listing photos to closing day, we help keep your property clean, maintained, and ready to show.
Vacant properties only. Services may include:
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Dusting surfaces, baseboards, and fixtures
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Interior cabinet and drawer cleaning
Preparing properties for showings, move-ins, or new occupants
Reporting visible maintenance concerns

Includes four scheduled visits per month for routine mowing, edging, trimming, and grass clipping cleanup.

Additional Expenses: Realtor Listing Support plans cover service coordination and oversight. Cleaning, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, pressure washing, and other property preparation services are priced separately unless expressly included in an approved agreement. Additional service requests beyond the plan allowance, on-site visits, staging materials, and third-party vendor expenses may incur separate charges. All additional costs will be disclosed and approved by the customer before purchase or service.
