STR PROPERTY SUPPORT — $149/MONTH PER PROPERTY
On-call support for short-term rental hosts who need help coordinating property services.
Includes: Up to 4 service requests per month.
Additional requests: $35 each.
On-site property visits: $65 each.

HOW A SERVICE REQUEST WORKS
Your next guests arrive Friday, but the property needs cleaning. You contact Urban Key, and we coordinate your existing cleaner or arrange one through our vendor network. We handle scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
That counts as one service request, even if several calls or messages are needed. The cleaning service itself is billed separately.
Services may include:
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Preparing the property for incoming guests
Changing linens and resetting beds when supplies are provided
Restocking guest essentials
Reporting visible damage or maintenance concerns
Laundering of linens and towels
Final pricing depends on property size, condition, and service requirements.

Additional Expenses: Standard equipment and routine supplies for scheduled lawn and pool maintenance are included in their respective service prices. Guest toiletries, paper products, linens, and other guest consumables are not included in STR turnover cleaning fees. Off-site laundering of linens and towels, including transportation and laundry service costs, may incur additional charges. Specialty lawn treatments, major pool chemical corrections, replacement parts, excessive debris removal, and services outside the agreed scope are priced separately. STR Property Support plans cover service coordination and oversight; cleaning, lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, and other requested services are charged separately unless included in an approved agreement. All additional expenses will be disclosed and approved by the customer before purchase or service.

Listed prices are starting rates for qualifying properties. Final pricing and service availability are confirmed after reviewing your property.
A $35 consultation fee applies to non-commercial properties only when an assessment is necessary. Commercial consultations are quoted separately.
