Guest Communication and Drive-by Inspection
From the moment your guest books a reservation until their check-out, you can leave the guest communication to us. We will provide the guest with a phone number to text if a problem arises during their stay.
*This service is 20% of the booking fee and charged at check-in.
Checkout and Housekeeping
To ensure a clean home for your guest, we offer housekeeping services after each checkout. It includes washing used linens, restocking paper products and preparing your rental for the next guest. All of our soaps and detergents are free and clear of all dyes and perfumes to accommodate guests with allergies or asthma.
For a monthly premium, we will restock your refrigerator with refreshments or leave gourmet snacks on the counter to welcome guests staying in your rental home.

Exterior Maintenance Services
Need us to cut and edge the lawn? Our team will mow and trim your property as needed up to four times per month.
Our pool service includes skimming, testing the water, and balancing chemicals four times a month. This service generally follows lawn work to prevent algae from growing.
We have a great team that can take care of this for you and decorate your porch per season, to support a team on gameday or to create a nice outdoor living space to enjoy their time.
*Pool and Lawn maintenance is billed as a monthly subscription to prevent a lapse in service.
*Porch Decorating will be billed at time of request.
*Pressure washing must be requested in advance and will be billed on day of scheduling.
Our Services
We will send a pool technician 4 times a month to test the water, balance the chemicals, and skim the surface for any leaves or debris. A monthly subscription prevents a lapse in pool maintenance, ensures your guest are happy and keeps our reputation solid!
Need help keeping the lawn mowed and trimmed? Sign up for our Lawn Service subscription. We will maintain your lawn 3-4 times a month, depending on its growth rate. In Dallas, this can fluctuate depending on the season, weather, sun exposure, and amount of morning dew your lawn accumulates overnight.
